The situation you've been saying here is really possible to be done but sooner or later these kind of shady acts would really be busted out.
It might last for some time but it wont last forever because it would really be known.Winning constantly in spite of the odds would really be somewhat unusual.

It's MagicDice. It was hosted on Steem blockchain.
I did a research about it in here but found nothing about of a scam accusation but I did found something and it was a thread on steemit.
