I am tired to see people here harming the great project with no arguments. I have posted this info a while ago here (check my previous posts).
Bankera is operating through a different legal entities (a common practice worldwide, different jurisdictions, purposes, diversification and etc.). One of them is Spectrocoin, so:

1) Spectrocoin is registered in the Lithuanian Registry of Legal entities : UAB „Spectro finance“ (they have been established in 25-02-2013 (sorry, second link in Lithuanian, „įregistruoti“ - to register)

2) They are licensed by the Lithuanian Bank!!! I mean the Central bank which belongs to the Government, it is a governmental body to supervise financial market and it`s participants and you don`t want to do anything wrong to mess with these guys!! F*ck, Lithuania is a European Union member since 2004 and our central bank is supervised by the European Central Bank. Please fallow the link below, go to the official Lithuanian Bank`s website and find out, that Spectro finance has a licence to provide financial services:

Please pay attention to the company code 303008845, this is the same as in the section 1 of this post.

3) We can check public info from the Lithuanian Social Insurance Fund, how many employees has Spectro finance and how they are paying taxes. At the moment they have 37 insured persons (employees) and 0.00 EUR social insurance debt (payed every month in LT). Sorry, only in Lithuanian, but it is easy to check, go to

In a section „Noriu peržiūrėti šią draudėjo informaciją:“ check all three sections. Below in a graph „Juridinio asmens codas“ (company code), enter Spectro finance`s company code: 303008845, and in the graph „Kontroliniai simboliai“ put in the captcha. Finally press „Ieškoti“ (Search).
There you will see „Apdraustųjų asmenų2 skaičius“ which means „Number of the insured persons“ - 37. Use a google translate if you want

UAB „Spectro finance“ is only one legal entity of the Bankera ecosystem.
This is the way how grownups are doing the search.
