I prefer to use better exchanges such as binance, cryptopia etc. that are trusted and also recognized, if a coin or token has not been listed on a better exchange, I better wait
This is my second time to see someone still mentioned cryptopia. Hell no dude, cryptopia exchange has been closed and lot of people still have their funds on there.
So it's not considered as trusted exchange site.
Binance and other trusted exchange sites don't listed most of altcoin
