Destroying the premine will not happen. We are open an honest about this: the premine "< 5%" was announced at launch day, on the site and in every other announcement. We want to make sure that we can run big promotions, give rewards to developers (hey developers, you read that desperate need of frontend part before? ^^) and creative people. This was a conscious decision and we hope that it will help fuckcoin to grow in this difficult starting phase.

We're not sure what you mean exactly by "plan for the client". We will do our best to maintain a stable client, but currently our main effort is building services around the coin, communication with developers etc.
