I think they have no chance to win PL this season.
Why? Just because they didn't make new signings?
What a boring sport if you always need to buy a player every year to win a league.
They must have to keep quality. Look at Real Madrid, they dominate in CL three years, great team and they don't need to buy new players, but now is much different, this summer they already buy 4-5 new top players and seems it's still not enough.
I think it's better to buy one or two players per season rather than half of the team at once.

Maybe stupid by Klopp, they must have loads of money after getting two CL Finals in a row. I dont know why they signed nobody, it seems dumb to me I agree.

I remember, Salah has several games in a row that he didn't score. Just because of Mane they had a late win or draw (loose title in these games) in few games around the Christmas. They heed one good middle/offensive player to continue to be competitive. Some of the players have top season behind, and it's questionable can they repeat the same performance in the new season. For example Salah 17/18 vs. 18/19.
There are already two seasons that many Liverpool Players achieved their top of their performance in their careers.
I don't think that they will be able to perform at the same levels for many years. Maybe Salah will hardly be at his highest level. He has already three top seasons with amazing performance.Tiredness may hit him hard and maybe an injury may be a bad effect for him.
