Come to think of it, just in case mining ILC would be allowed, is ILCoin's security enough to prove that it's really secure compared to Bitcoin? 
More importantly, will it be enough to increase ILCoin's value to overtake Bitcoin soon?
As far as i can see In terms of security, yes I could say ilcoin has the capacity to say that they are as secured as bitcoin. Regarding ilc value , i believed it would really increases overtime but no one can tell if it overtakes bitcoin . More importantly, will it be enough to increase ILCoin's value to overtake Bitcoin soon? But isn't true, that ILCoin is definitely more secure, compared to Bitcoin?
Also, to ensure that ILCoin is the most secure, trusted and preferred blockchain to use instead..
