If they have attitude problem it's no longer the problem of the team. It's attached to their personality and its up to them to adjust whether they will or not.
I don't want to think of something negative while haven't seen him play with his new team. There's more way to go for this superstar with another superstar, I hope this will build the team better this time.
One big reason why stars loses their job is because of their attitude, just like Allen Iverson if I'm not mistaken, he retired early in the NBA like the same age of Anthony.  He played his last season in the NBA in 2009-2010 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allen_Iverson).
Yes, it's not the problem of their team but it depends on how they can bring themselves for having an attitude problem. Superstars are vulnerable with this issue because they are icons and the press are always following wherever they are.
Those superstars that has attitude problem, they are aware of it and I'm sure that the management is giving them sanctions if they will break against the contract.
