At the initial look, it seems like yes they are copying from the Bloomberg. but actually, Bloomberg is the one who copied from the Future1Coin's whitepaper. Please take a look to the date of that article on Bloomberg and you will note that it's written after the published of the Future1Coin whitepaper.
