I believe it will happen sooner, just somewhere between 2021 and 2022. I don't think Viacoin enthusiasts will have to wait till 2025, around 5.5 years from now to see next Moon for Viacoin. Waiting around one-tenth of my life-expectancy is too long, I don't like it.
