Binance allows their traders not to pass on KYC but it has limits. You are allowed to withdraw with a maximum of 2 BTC every 24 hours.

Ok I see, probably not so best solution for small amounts. Want to exchange 100 USD/EUR every month and they take from it 10 USD/EUR so it's quite big.
