ICO faded away last year (2018). And with IEO, I'm expecting the same thing although I don't have a timeframe on when it can happen.
It's a cycle, after it fades away there will be another invesment trend.
IEO, has more background than ico! It is a bit secure since there are through exchange's platforms that are familiar with us. Ico boom that happens in 2017, attract a lot of scammers that take over the market and unleash their dubious activities on the innocent investors.
How it can have more background?
Although there's a secure way to sell the tokens on IEO but that doesn't secure that project can turn into a scam in the future.
