Yes, in 2017, the price of ICON nearly crossed more than 14$ in the market which it has given a very huge amount of profit to the investors. Of course, now the value of a coin is high, compared to ICO price but people who bought the coin at the higher are waiting for the recovery.

I don't think ICOs investors still holding this token only those people left who entered at the peak of this pump and now they are waiting to get recover. I hope when it will make at great move in near future as dev team is still very active.
