I represent lohncontrol and I respond under the impulse that this is the first time I hear about this gross theft of intellectual property and theft of identity.
At first I couldn't believe what I was reading and I’m seeing. www.lohncontrol.com website copied with so much naivety. My question is how does vindax proceed when is listing icos, how do they do the kyc, the veracity and authenticity of the project?

By comparison:
Domain www.lohncontrol.com is at least one and a half year old and any information regarding ownership and team for this ico is transparent; we are working for at least 3 years on this project and we have a viable MVP (bursadelohn.ro)
We’ve passed severe kyc process from icobench.com (where we are listed since the beginning with a very ascending rating 4.8 and very good recommendations ): visit

We have a very diversified and multicultural team (some of them listed as people of blockchain on icobench- visit team section from https://icobench.com/ico/lohn )  consisting in entrepreneurs with strong expertise in customer management, logistics, quality management, legal services and frameworks, industrial engineering, payment solutions and financial risk management.
We have the honor to be advised by Hamza Khan  and Sean Brizendine, both with extensive experience in ico and blockchain technology.

But the undoubted proof that HYMNODE is a gross fraud is their website (design and ALL information within):
Everything is copied –copy-paste from lohncontrol.com! even the “mvp” menu section which they don’t have! The diagrams, the charts are all under intellectual property of lohncontrol.com from the scratch.
They don't have a team, they don't have a whitepaper!
If you pay attention on www.hymnode.com there are some sections sloppy copied (even the symbol for their token is still LOHN symbol ... regardless that they've named it HNT); also, in the html code (right click on their page- view source, LINE 53 :
