The highest priority for our customers and us is that all sensitive data will not reach third parties. For this we have built up a complex server structure behind Cloudflare.
We dont permanently store user data, only for the time-frame in which a mixing transaction is active certain data must be stored in the database to complete the transaction. But during and after the transaction, all information are deleted.
Can you also ensure us that cloudflare doesn't log any of our IPS, browser fingerprints, and then shares it with third parties such as, i don't know, the NSA, Google, (?) deanonymizing us completely?

Hello I wanted to mix but there is something I do not understand when setting the fee. There are several pools and by clicking on the tooltip I understood that the pools contain coins from different sources. But what difference does it make? Or does it mean, that the first pool isnt anonymous but the third is?
Hello dear smartmixer team I am new to mixing because I didnt know that such service exist. I like your vision about privacy and I am convinced that many people should use such service. But arent there criminals who use your service also to hide their identity? If so, is it possible to receive coins from criminals?

Currently, in terms of service, you are pretty much the same as all other mixers. The system works properly and Ive received clean coins, as promised. But something is different here at SmartMixer.. I dont know but have you seen their website? Looks really professional to me.. They woke up my interest through a banner on BMF.

Cloudflare is the only third-party we are working with in order to deliver a smooth user experience. However, we recognised that many worry about using Cloudflare in the Clearnet and have therefore decided to search for better solutions. We have just started the project and we will invest a lot of time in improving the system to deliver you an ever-improving service.

We are constantly developing the system to deliver you an ever improving user experience and service. We created already the plans for the Ethereum feature, however, we cannot tell you when it will be available for our users.
At the moment, we are making more improvements on our system to ensure you an anonymous visit on our website.
