I have been developing the exchange on my own from scratch for more than a year - and this is really a very long process.
In the near future I will conduct testing of the main mechanics of performing trading operations and proceed with the transfer of the exchange. At the moment, the language change driver has already been implemented and the process of translating basic information has begun.
