Yes, you are right but we don't see any active telegram group for this coin to get updates from this project. There are many coins going down without active progress from the team. In 2017, the price of PPT crossed more than 60$ and now it is at 0.68$ which seems to be the price of coin went down a lot.

Yep, they don't use telegram anymore but I think they are still active on their slack channel though getting an invitation for their slack is hard. So we are left with just TW to get updates on the project. IMO they not making enough attempt to connect with the community.

Yes, they should connect with the community otherwise, it is impossible for us to get more awareness about the project and how they are implementing.. Team members should be very active otherwise, most of the community will lose faith in this coin.
