Right now yes it is still recommended to invest right now since there's no bull run happening. I'm assuming that bull run when 2020 enter.
Well, I wouldnt be in a hurry yet, well, or at least I didnt panic buy everything that is possible. I think we will see below 10 thousand, I believe that the price will go down to around 9.2k. So the moment is definitely not missed and in the near future, in my opinion, there will be a good chance to buy bitcoin.
