The first thing a bounty manager must do is to build the trust of the prize hunter, if trust has been obtained then every gift held by the manager will continue to be hunted by the prize hunter, thereby benefiting the manager himself.
 Now the reality is different, when the new gift begins many rules or gift allocations that make the hunters feel hypnotized, so that the prize hunters are very enthusiastic to promote the gift, but it is unfortunate when the gift will end all the rules are changed without any reason  clearly, So, it is very detrimental to the bounty hunters who have worked for this.  If a case like this continues, it will be very detrimental to the manager himself, because the trust of the prize hunter has been lost, and certainly in the future every time there is a new gift that he holds there will be no prize hunters who want to participate again.
