Well, I don't think getting someone to run your new gambling startup is a good business idea, unless you're backed by investors with millions of USD in investment. Then you can hire COOs and products development managers to run your business. If not, you need to run your platform on your own to help you understand the business, the market, and the customers. When you begin to gain cash flow, you can hire people as part of your team.
It will be near impossible to get people to legitimately work on your dreams for free or based on equity for a business no one knows if it gonna see the next day. Work on your project, sweat on it, gain traction, and the world will come knocking on your doors.
