Chance is YES. There is a procedure for that so contact Bittrex support. If I remember correctly, KYC is not that mandatory during the time you registered, therefore, there is a possibility that random names will be used on registration.
After reading the
"procedure" they will provide you, you may now decide if you still want to push it or just forget it as there are chances that you might see the procedure as hassle way.
