I think, It's not a bad sign of ETH. When bitcoin grow will stop some time, then ETH price will grow fast.
Yes bitcoin and ETH both grow with time and i am sure ETH will be also high now i can see time passing ETH is gaining value in very near future we will see huge price increase in it so every Altcoin use to struggle and wait for the perfect price to reach till the end 2019 I think ETH Will gain remarkable recovery so hopping for best.
Likewise, isn't really the perfect time for the bull run and so we can't be seeing them both soaring high as it did before.
Though it looks like that and didn't give a satisfying rate this time but I'm still confident that it soon to make some recoveries and give what we are expecting to happen.
