I don't think cardano can reach such price, it's currently at $0.05 with a market cap of $1b , with such a huge supply it's gonna take a longer time to reach such price
1billion usd is indeed huge and they say that the bigger the supply the coins will harder to grow but we are only talking about 10 usd here and i think 10 usd is only small and can be easily achievable .
