Does Xaya do open finances? Like is there a page showing total ICO rake, expenses, holdings, etc.?

no it does not. All the ICO information is on the forum. and our CHI address is open for viewing (and untouched and will be for the foreseeable future).
expenses, holdings, etc - are not public. Typhon Ltd (Holding Company), and Autonomous Worlds Ltd (Trading) are private companies and we are not a foundation.
