Blue Hill Mining project is directly linked to Blue Hill Foundation

Blue Hill Foundation is a Foundation based in the Netherlands that owns 24% of Blue Hill Mining project and is a partner of Blue Hill Mining.

Blue Hill Mining Corporation is a Swiss registered public limited liability company. The Corporation will be responsible for increasing the number of mining projects, as well as for the study of the target area and the extraction of minerals within it.

In addition, we plan to register in Malta and Switzerland special STO SPV companies, which activities will be fully licensed in accordance with the requirements of the controlling Swiss financial market authority FINMA, as well as the regulatory Commission on exchanges and securities of the US SEC. STO SPV companies will own 30% of Blue Hill Mining project.
