Coinbase, Binance, cex - most of biggest exchanges have in their offer a possibility to make a transaction via credit card. They will also require some of your data to do it, so it's not as pleaseful as it could be. I've been using buycoinnow.com to buy some btc back in the days and i hope that soon they will add some altcoins too.
