I think it will be very popular a platform that allows to book a room or an apartment directly from a property owner at the price at least 2 times lower than on centralized platforms.
It will be very good if it will be possible to book the appartment directly from the property owners. If price for booking apartment will be much more cheaper people will use the platform.
