I think the team has a long term plan and they are following it.
But, they are still need short term target. If you have a business, but no target plan, such as short, medium and long term target. If they just saying under development, we have a plan but not affected to price it mean community not trust this project anymore
Same is happening to many of the tokens. Nothing realeased and there is no especial development. They just say "we are developing the project". As there are many projects that finally fail, people no longer trust what they hear from teams. That's one of the reasons of price fall in many projects. People don't trust them for long term. They trust them only if they see something released.
