For tech guys: monitor your SSD drives! Our RAID-1 array has lost one drive some time ago and nobody got any notification about that. :/
What a bad news for bitdouble regular players as they need to wait within a week till the sime back online. I think you should work on it as fast as possible because your regular players may not be so patient to wait for too long time and they may move to other sites. Good news is that this issue does not affect user's balance, but I'm sure even if it does affect then bitdouble will do their responsibilty without being asked by users. Hope you guys can fix all the issues sooner and come back maybe with something better.
