I n the option you provided above that whoever want to be like this Man should be a Mathematician which means you need not to consider the second option of luck because doesn't work in Mathematics just to do and be good at it you will then be like this Man you mentioned in your submission.
It's hardly believed the Mathematics method of guessing the numbers in the lottery, every lottery company has different algorithms and I don't think every mathematician will crack on it by his solving strategy. However, when it comes luck I think 1% of it might you have while the rest is on lottery owner if you only buy 1 ticket. It means the more you have been bought tickets the more of high chances in winning you have.
