I think they are running an exit scam.
I highly doubt that. Whenever a problem came up, it was always resolved within a few days.
Missing funds. I sent 200$ to them, and I got nothing even after XXX confirmations and 24 hours wait!
First, check if you used the real website (phishing sites have been around for a long time). Then, send an email to
Support.
