Next major milestone is smart contract release that is schedueld for Q4 2019, and that will most likely oush the price more, the more we are getting closer to that.

Great, then it looks promising as from what I remember that was a major milestone. More reasons to keep buying ILC before that happens.

You have to track progress of some project, and to kow when you can expect rise in the price.Reaching important milestone will increace the price in 99% of the time, especially if it is quality project, and ILCoin it is.
