Anybody here with a vega 20 vii gpu and detected openCL device in linux?

I tried 18.04.03 xubuntu with amdgpu pro and headless, also tried rocm from github  - all on different kernels with dffierent grub settings - always ending up with a black screen on boot or no opencl device detected.
Even contacted the amd support, got a reply, filed the bug report, got another reply theyre trying to figure if the problem is on my side ...



Edit:
- * main ubuntu 18.04.03 did not boot off usb with this card, black screen.
- same result with arch and debian 10.
