It still is but I would only agree if you have prior knowledge about cryptocurrencies and blockchain itself. This new financial system is not built to be an investment scheme but rather a solution to the problem, which if you could understand could put some value on it. With knowledge I mean those basic things like security, trading platforms and those fees, you also better choose your platform when entering crypto coz you might end up losing huge bucks for obvious high fees.
