Government doesn't have to legalize something to give you the right to use it. All they have to do is repeal the laws they made against it.

If someone says you owe him a million dollars, and he takes you to court on it, if you aren't smart enough to know how to fight it because you burned your brain out with cannabis, he just might win, and you will be in the squirrel cage working your butt off to pay it back, even though you didn't owe it in the first place.
That's all that is being done with approximately 100% of the no-harm/no-damage cases that people lose to government.
Wake up and learn the law so that you can be free... except if you like being a slave.
