I can't recommend yobit at this time, they have their Pandacoin wallet in maintenance.   Due to their wallet status you can't withdraw or deposit at this time.  They do still have open Pandacoin PND trading markets but have changed our ticker on their site to OLDPND.  The BTC market is now https://yobit.net/en/trade/OLDPND/BTC     There are other exchanges listed at https://pandacoin.tech/showcase/
