Ppl now able to win the 1st price in free roll, or is it still a lie?

I'm hitting 0.25% win chance many times a week or in a few months on several dice sites, but 1st place not one time in some years by playing it daily. Best place I had made was the 3rd place and that many years ago after registering at this page.
