Why is my rating retaliatory and his isn't? Because he left it first? Funny how definitions of words and standards are always shifting with you people. If my rating is retaliatory then it has an impact, one he should not have utilized to settle his petty dispute, but if it has no impact how can it be retaliatory?
Your rating is retaliatory because you left it as response to my rating which I left you after longer observation of your profile, which you think I left you because of this thread, which is wrong, but you are never wrong.
