Right! If you file your W-4 with your employer, n-a (non-assumpsit) on all the lines except the "EXEMPT" line, where you write EXEMPT, and sign it non-assumpsit, By: Your Signature, Agent, you can sue your employer if he withholds.

"Non-assumpsit" means "no-contract" to the IRS. They will honor it if you don't have some other contracts with them, because taxes are voluntary by contract or agreement. Your employer might not honor it, however, because he is basically ignorant about the voluntary nature of income taxes.

Cool

Even if it were legal you should not be allowed to do this.

People who do not want to pay taxes in the USA should not be allowed to live permanently in the US, own any property, be a citizen, etc.

You don't want to pay taxes? Fine, you will be stripped of the US citizenship, or Green Card, your property, the bank accounts will be seized without compensation and you can immigrate to any country that will take you.

Either you are part of that society or you are not.  Being part of that society means you have to contribute to it.

Selfish leeches should be removed, or incarcerated IMHO.

All you tax "resisters" will be put in jail and your property will be seized, one way or another.  Only complete morons can follow your logic.

"I don't have to pay taxes but I will drive on public roads, drink water from public aquifers, send my kids to public schools, get my government IDs or other services, register my real property, etc."

Are you a complete moron, or you are just pretending to be one?

That is a very socialist/communist way of thinking.  I want stuff but I don't want to pay for it.

Not only is this legal, it's also lawful. It has to do with contract law. Living in your definition of the USA doesn't have anything to do with it. The USA is what upholds what I have written, and many people are doing it all the time, with more learning how.

People are finding that, if they were born in a State, that they are not really US citizens... although the US accepts them readily. So, they are changing their status on paper to State citizen through things like this - http://coppermoonshinestills.com/id71.html.

What happens when you become a State citizen and not a US citizen, with regard to income taxes? You don't have to file with the IRS... except to tell them that you are not making any agreements with them. All State taxes are based on IRS returns. No IRS return = no State return, either. Totally legal and lawful.

If you are the kind of person who wants to pay, great! Pay. But why do you want to take my freedom to NOT pay away from me? You are a slave maker, at least in spirit. And you want to make slaves of anybody who is free, especially if they use the law to be free.

At best you are a hypocrite. At worst you are a complete controller/slave-maker. That's way more socialistic and communistic than exercising your freedom.

Cool

LOL. Even if you are not a US citizen living in the US, you are subject to withholding taxes, property taxes, etc.

Give up your US citizenship, see what happens.  You will be an outlaw in no time.  No money, no SSN, no job, and might be picked up by ICE, LOL.

You guys just drink too much moonshine, LOL.

Actually, you are wrong. And here's why.

All of the reporting is based on voluntary dissemination of the amount of earnings. If you don't want to volunteer your private info, nobody knows what your gross income is, because they don't know how many under-the-table jobs you did.

If they come after you, take them to court in a claim that states that you would voluntarily pay anyone who you harmed. No IRS agent will testify that you harmed him. But even before that, on any indictment against you, it will always be THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA vs. you. Standard court law is that you get to face your accuser and cross examine him. When will THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ever take the oath, get on the stand, and testify.

If someone gets on the stand, the first thing you ask him is, are you THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. If he says "yes," get him to show his ID to prove it... maybe drivers license. But even if he does prove he is THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, how have you harmed him? Let him show the harm or damage you did to him so you can pay him what you owe him. Even California has laws on the books that state that there has to be real damage, not some fake damage like you hurt his feelings. And get him to show and prove the exact amount. He can't.

How do I know this works? Because I tried to do it. But they wouldn't let me. They simply disappeared when I tried it. Now, I could go after them and sue them. But... we'll see.

Cool
