I'm onboarded with a regulated liquidity provider selling BTC (Cumberland), an institutional desk directly connected to global network of trading partners and pools of liquidity for many different fiat / crypto pairings. If you want to buy BTC or if you are in connection with a buyer, here is the procedure (neither flexible nor negotiable):

1/ KYC/AML and Purchase Agreement.
2/ Send Funds by wire to the desk.
3/ Trade. Lock price for 10 minutes.
4/ Direct settlement: you receive the BTC just after the trade.

No POF and No POC as it's a regulated liquidity provider.
No Discount.
