I've been trading on Yobits for many years including lisk. I don't have any experience with their customer service because I never had any issues. Also what I like, unlike other exchanges, all the shitcoins they list they keep them listed.

So you have not all been so bad. This exchange has too bad reputation, the chance that at one point everything will disappear much higher than that of any other exchange. At one point, all the coins will disappear and that's it.
