Coinsecure won't be launching again as they got hacked (even if RBI lifts the ban) so no point waiting for them. Benson hasn't been active since 2018 even though he logs in regularly. But still even if the ban is lifted, I don't think even other exchanges would start operating as they have lost so much and have been forced to shut down. There may be new ones opening up though.
