Yes, the above article is a regular paid advertising and nothing more. With regards to favourite exchange, it's hard to answer, somewhere better interface, somewhere a lot faster withdrawal, somewhere impossible arbitration. From personal experience, I liked: Coineal, p2pb2b and bitrabbit.
