can anyone let me know whats the actual block reward for SIN ,

as I saw explorer says block reward to be 3282.5 but also mentions "Please note: Miners reward may be different"

in another instance I saw pool block reward around 499. where does the rest of the reward goes, is there some percentage fixed for some dev fund/airdrop/MN or something else I might have overlooked?
can anyone tell me the percentage distribution of block reward.
