Nighthawk Dev update August 26, 2019

In the past couple of weeks the team has been working on the framework basis and structures associated testing needed for our upcoming anonymized release.
The necessary extensive structural modifications for Nighthawk are taking place in conjunction with more general necessary preparations of the source, e.g.
as mentioned the upgrade of SSL source compatibility for Versions 1.1 and higher have been completed. Change process testing and regression testing continue.
