For "chances", yes it has a possibility that BTC might fall down on that price level. However, chances are very very very low to the point that you can't really imagine how it will turn out like that.

Just look at the recorded bitcoin price low during the dominance of the bearish market the whole year 2018. In other words, for that $1,000 to happen, it needs a big, major, worldwide catastrophe which is I can't think of happening, at least for several years later or it will not really happen at all. Bitcoin already established a good foundation and no one can bring it down in a quick.
