Honestly sa na-observed ko dito sa PH lending, di ganoon ka strict. Trust lang puwede ng collateral however that was difficult to earn lalo na sa mga wala pang trade history, newly registered accounts, inactive low ranks or something along those lines.

To overcome that, you have no choice but to provide a valid collateral which is based na sa discretion ni Lender if papayag sya sa offer mo. If you can't provide a valid collateral and you fall on the category I have mentioned above then you have 0% chances na may magpaloan sa iyo.
