you need to search it on linkedin. A lot of full stack developers there that has experienced blockchain developing.
Anyone can say anything on their LD profile and there is no way to verify those claims. The best way to find the right developers is by scouring Github and Overstack. Its not an easy task to find the right guy to work with.
