Profit comes to those, who have knowledge. Trading is not profitable based on what time you trade for, but rather, how you trade. Similarly, day trading will also be profitable if you have a good trading plan and are done with the education and research part. Profit comes to those who have knowledge on analysis, on markets, on country. Education will never stops. If you have good trading plan with sound risk management, it wont bite much.
So, if the guy asks this question, it means that he is not yet an experienced crypto trader. I suppose that he must not deal with the day trading now, but spend some more time to learn all about its pros and cons. Doing it, he will come to the conclusions without anybody's help and start earning good money.
