The ecosystem has around 120 employees; a few teams (such as translators and design) work for both projects, but others are given different projects to work on, working exclusively for one or the other company.
So anything up to 120 people including those employed by Spectrocoin happen to work on Bankera without taking a salary from Bankera because Spectrocoin effectively owns Bankera. It means Spectrocoin is pulling all the strings.
And the owners of Spectrocoin are on the board of Bankera too. Interesting.

It shows Spectrocoin effectively owns Bankera and though Bankera is a separate legal entity it is effectively created by Spectrocoin to monetise its platform without giving away any of its business. And in doing so it has failed because in the near 18 months since the ICO ended raising over a staggering
$150 MILLION there is nothing of substance to see.
All this seems extremely shady to me and does not give any confidence in both projects or the single team behind both of them
