Yes you are banned essentially invented-stupid rule . As it turns out illogically, you want to play for free, and then you forbid it to do, because of the stupidity of your rules.
Especially look at my experience on your site, I have so quickly scored a limit on free games, it's not stupidity on your part, when coming up with this rule , and by the way when this rule you entered before my registration or after ?
You act like you are entitled to the faucets, like you deserve them, have a right to get them.
The faucets are a gift from the site, removing them, altering them, decreasing them, all of those are well in the right of the site.
It doesn't matter when the rule decision was made, you'll have to follow them one way or another.
Also, for pete's sake, work on your manners. Calling something stupid instead of actually addressing it and making any kind of point isn't going to lead you anywhere.
You can call the anti-abuse rules stupid all you like. That's not gonna lead to you being allowed to resume your abuse.
